- We deliver island wide in Singapore using a third-party courier service.
- Same-day delivery or collection?
You may place your order through our website, but we strongly encourage you to call us at +65 8226 1400 for assistance. Alternatively, you may arrange your own courier (e.g., car service) or opt to pick up from our store. - If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to our shop. Any rescheduling will incur an additional fee.
- Additional Information
- Free delivery is available for orders above S$150.
- If your order is a gift, please inform us so we can send the receipt to your email instead of including it with the package.

- We do not offer refunds. However, date changes are allowed if we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Food orders, especially customized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once accepted.
- Once prepared, food items cannot be postponed for collection on another date.
- Any uncollected items on the scheduled collection date will be forfeited and are not refundable.
- Pre-orders are required for all platters. For last-minute or urgent requests, please contact us at +65 8226 1400 to check availability.
- Platters can be customized; please include any requests in the “Special Requests” section when placing your order. All customizations are subject to availability.
- We also accept platter orders for corporate events and private parties. A lead time of 3–5 days is required.
